EduShift is concept for a web-based service that matches adults with personalised resources and guidance to life-long learning opportunities from skill training to certification courses. The web platform is supported through an awareness campaign to de-stigmitise adult education and encourage participation. Life-long learning has individual and societal benefits and allows adults to keep mentally active and enhance their daily lives.

The Resource Matcher gives users the opportunity to examine their educational needs while recommending short courses, workshops, certificates, and other resources available to suit their lifestyle.
In addition to the Resource Matcher, EduShift offers an advisor to connect users with further support, information, and motivation.
